I focus in the realm of strategic sourcing and product development. Navigating the complexities of start-ups, streamlining development operations in established organizations, and optimizing supplier relationships is my passion. I’m excited to wake up in the morning when I’m fostering cohesiveness between cross-functional teams internally and externally.

I’ve developed games with brands like Ravensburger, Sirius Dice, Disney, Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, Illumination, and others. Deploying quality testing and compliance programs gets the products I support in stores like Amazon, Target, and Wal-Mart. I stay ahead of trends and technical standards through my memberships with The Toy Association, Women in Toys, and the ASTM.

When someone wants to create an innovative and exciting idea for a new product they come to me. For the creative person, making things can sometimes feel overwhelming or even scary because of the unknown. When we partner together I bring a sense of structure, optimization, and transparency to the development process. I find quality suppliers and lead the strategy to develop products while connecting teams like spokes spinning in a smooth bike wheel. 

As a 24-year cancer survivor, I value thinking smarter, not harder. Part of what drives me is making the most of my time which translates to efficiency when creating new products. I live with a reminder that life is short so I try to enjoy the ride inside and outside of work!
